Strategy

In order to summon him, one must hang a Ceremonial Bull Mask on the throne at the end of the temple. Ceremonial Bull Masks are currently only known to drop rarely from Ponglets found at Prism Falls (or from purchasing from the Black Market)

Orreos is neither a Boss, nor an Elite monster, and is easily dispatched, especially for a max-leveled character. The only challenge comes from obtaining the Ceremonial Bull Mask needed to summon him.
